This popular event, at this lovely venue with kind permission of the GLYC Commodore was well supported as usual with over 30 members of the MG Club and the Garden Route Car Club making good use of the lovely weather for an outing. The pace at the Yacht Club was hectic on the water with sail training on the go in a brisk south easterly wind, but on-shore it was nicely sheltered with plenty of welcome shade. A count revealed 16 interesting cars at the event, mostly MGs but also a brace of Triumphs and Morgans and as star of the show, a classic Austin 7 Special race car which is being prepared for the Knysna Hill Climb.
